Description

HARLAXTON SK8932 GRANTHAM ROAD 1315-0/15/171 (East side (off)) Garden loggia 90 metres south of Harlaxton Manor GV II Garden loggia. c1838-1844. Probably by William Burn for Gregory Gregory. Ashlar. Renaissance Revival decoration. Single bay loggia with fluted square piers set on a kerb and carrying a plain lintel on scroll brackets. Forms a pair with the nearby loggia and steps, (qv). This building appears within Harlaxton Manor Gardens which are on the Gardens Register at grade II*. Included for group value. Listing NGR: SK8949732150
