Description
1. 878 WEST STREET (South Side) No 35 (Saxonhurst) TF 0920 1/52 II 2. Late C18. 3 storeys. Cement rendered ground floor roughcast. Slate roof. Wood eaves cornice on small paired modillions. 3 windows in moulded wood flush frames with modern glazing. Central doorcase with glazed semi-circular fanlight and open pediment with modillions on plain Roman Doric columns with triglyph frieze. 3 panel carved door. Modern shop front cuts into ground floor to right in 2 storey brick extension with coach arch and one window. Staircase. Listing NGR: TF0944420150
