Description
BARROWBY SK8736 CHURCH STREET 1315-0/12/7 (North side) Boundary wall to south and west of grounds of Barrowby House GV II Boundary wall. Early C19. Coursed squared stone with gabled brick coping. Approx 1.5m high. The wall runs westward from Paddock House, at the junction with main street, approx 80m to a gateway at the junction with the Posts Footpath. At the junction, a rounded corner and a ramped coping to the left of the gateway. The wall continues north westwards for approx 120M, bordering the footpath. It encloses the grounds of Barrowby House. Listing NGR: SK8791236274
