HARLAXTON SK8832 GRANTHAM ROAD 1315-0/14/178 (South side (off)) 24/09/79 Bridge 800 metres north-west of Harlaxton Manor (Formerly Listed as: GRANTHAM ROAD Bridge over lake approx 900m north-west of Harlaxton Manor) II* Bridge carrying drive over lake. c1822-1838. Probably by Anthony Salvin for Gregory Gregory. Ashlar. 5 segmental arches with keystones and voussoirs, divided by pointed cutwaters. Pierced balustrades with moulded coping and intermediate pedestals, with the Gregory monogram on the central pedestal. Convex curved ends with square pedestals.
