Description
1. 1671 WATER STREET (South Side) No 14 TF 0306 1/549 II GV 2. Gable end to road, C17 origin. One storey and attics in coursed rubble. Stone slate roof with stone gable ends. 2 stone chimneys at gable ends. 3 hipped dormers, modern casements. C19 chamfered lintel over modern door and window. Modern glazed penticed extension. Included as part of a group. Nos 10 to 12 (consec), Registered Office of J & B North & Son Ltd, Wire Store of J & B North, Nos 14, 15 and Welland House form a group. Listing NGR: TF0323806872
