Description
COUNTHORPE AND CREETON CHURCH LANE TF 01 NW (south side) 9/112 Cross shaft on west side of Church of St.Peter, 12 yds. north-west of tower G.V. I Cross shaft. C10. Ashlar. Tapering rectangular shaft with raised collar. Sides are decorated with tight single strand interlace and above the collar with a fret. On the panels is further interlace, that on the west side being somewhat flaccid in character and possibly unfinished. Listing NGR: TF0143119878
