Description
COUNTHORPE AND CREETON CHURCH LANE TF 0l NW (north side) 9/108 Pigeoncote at Brownlow Farm G.V. II Former pigeoncote, converted to dairy, now store. Late C17, with C19 alterations. Coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, with stone coped slate roof. 2 storey, single bay front with plain first floor band. Central planked door with to first floor 2 plain fixed lights. All openings have ashlar lintels. To left hand gable a 3 light casement window with pent roof supported on shield corbels, dates from conversion of building to a dairy in mid C19. Listing NGR: TF0126019964
