1. 1671 WATER STREET (South Side) No 12 (The Beehive Public House) TF 0306 1/365 22.5.54. II GV 2. Late Cl7. Ashlar, 2 storeys and attics. 2 hipped dormers, casements, in stone slate roof. Coursed rubble to side. Moulded eaves cornice. Plinth. 3 windows in plain stone frames with keystones, 4-light modern casements. Simple stone doorcase in Roman Doric with pediment. Modern door. Nos 10 to 12 (consec), Registered Office of J & B North & Son Ltd, Wire Store of J & B North, Nos 14, 15 and Welland House form a group. Listing NGR: TF0325806882
