Description
BURTON COGGLES CHURCH LANE SK 92 NE (north side) 2/21 Old Rectory G.V. II Incorrectly shown as Rectory on OS map. Former rectory, now house. 1838, by Thomas Blashill. Ashlar, Collyweston slate roofs, raised stone coped gables with kneelers, crested ridge tiles. 2 gable, 2 ridge octagonal ashlar stacks. 2 storey with garret, 3 bay front, plinth and moulded string course. Left hand bay advanced and gabled. Central rectangular bay window with embattled parapet with to left 2 and to right a single cross mullioned windows. To first floor are 2 three light and a single 2 light window with mullions and moulded surrounds. In the gable a single light with moulded cornice. Listing NGR: SK9793325943
