Description
In the entry for BURTON LINCOLN ROAD 9/15 Old Smithy Cottage the address shall be amended to read Forge Cottage, MIDDLE STREET Forge Cottage SK 97 SE BURTON LINCOLN ROAD 9/15 Old Smithy Cottage G.V. II House. Early C19. Coursed limestone rubble with steeply pitched C20 concrete tile roof roof, 2 gable brick stacks. 2 storey, 3 bay front with central 4 panelled door covered by an open sided C20 wooden porch, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To the first floor are 2 further glazing bar sashes. Openings have rendered pedimented lintels. Listed for group value only. Listing NGR: SK9614274845
