Description
TF 00 NW UFFINGTON NEWSTEAD 8/259 House and cart shed at Newstead Mill G.V. II Mill house and cart shed. c.1840. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Collyweston slate roof with 2 gable stacks, the right hand one very tall in brick with ashlar base. Parallel ranges. 2 storey, 3 bay front having central blocked doorway, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To first floor are 2 similar windows. All windows have segmental ashlar heads. To the rear a 4 bay open sided cart shed. Included for group value only. Listing NGR: TF0461007880
