Description
FINKIN STREET 1. 1146 (South Side) No. 12 (Elmer House) SK 9135 NW 8/35 8.5.50 II 2. Now offices. At south-east corner of Elmer Street South and Finkin Street. C18, stone, hipped slate roof; built on L-shaped plan, but the Finkin Street frontage is now covered by modern extension. Frontage on Elmer Street South has 2-storeys with attics, projecting plinth, coved plaster eaves cornice, band between storeys, 5 window, with modern sashes. Interior has original staircase with ornamental plaster ceiling, and panelled room. Listing NGR: SK9145435867
