Late C18, 3-storey, brick, pantile roof, stone plinth, band below 1st floor windows and moulded string below parapet; rusticated stone quoins; 4 windows, shaped and panelled stone arches; flush frames, glazing bars; modern shop windows ground floor; Rain Water head dated 1792. Front to Elmer Street North, 3 windows, some blocked; central round-headed doorway, eaves gutter. No. 15 Elmer Street, and Nos. 10 and 11, Stable to Vine House and Nos 13 to 15 (consec) form a group Listing NGR: SK9140936022
