Description
SKILLINGTON CHURCH STREET SK 82 NE (north side) 5/135 Barn, stables and loose boxes at Manor Farmhouse G.V. II Barn, stables and loose boxes. Early C18, extended and altered mid C19. Squared limestone rubble with ashlar and brick dressings, ashlar quoins. Pantile roofs. L-plan. Single storey, 3 bay, steeply pitched roof, C18 barn, having central planked doors flanked by single lights, all with segmental stone heads. To left, a lower 4 bay range with 2 planked doors, 2 lights an reather holes. At right angles, a mid C19 range of 13 bays comprising a broad opening with beyond 6 planked doors, alternating with single semi-circular headed openings with red brick arches and lower cast iron ventilator panels.
