Description
1. 1671 ST LEONARD'S STREET (South Side) No 60 5F 0307 1/186 22.5.54. II GV 2. C18 with early C19 alterations. 2 storeys and attics in ashla. Stone slate roof, slightly different level to that of No 59 (q .v.). 2 hipped dormers, no glazing bars. 2 bays of 2 storeys with 4-light fenestration, stuccoed. Band at ground floor cills only. Moulded cornice to ground floor windows and small moulded stone hood on brackets over door of 6 panels, 2 glass. Brick and stone stacks. Stone capped gable ends. Nos 59 to 63 (consec) form a group.
