Description
LONG SUTTON MARKET STREET TF 4223-4323 (south west side) 11/49 No.21 G.V. II House. Late C18 with c.1840 alterations. Red brick with colourwashed ashlar dressings. Hipped slate roof. 2 red brick stacks to the rear. Bracketed eaves. Shallow plinth. Corner giant pilasters each with 2 recessed panels one over the other. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central doorway with ornate panelled door, overlight, Doric half columns, entablature and cornice. Either side are single glazing bar sashes, the glazing bars set under a segmental arch. Above are 3 similar sashes. All windows in ashlar eared architraves rising to form a keystone. Listing NGR: TF4308823059
