Description

GEDNEY HILL MILL LANE TF 31 SW (north side) 13/46 Gedney Hill Mill II Tower mill, now house. Known to be in use c.1824, C20. Red brick. Flat roof with C20 flush band to eaves. 6 storeys with slight plinth. Irregular fenestration. East side with doorway with double plank doors and glazing bar overlight. Doorway above with plank door. South-east side with 4 two light casements. South side with a blocked doorway with a C20 casement inserted. Single 2 light casement above. South-west side with 3 two light casements. West side with single 2 light casement. North-west side with 3 two light casements. North side and north-east sides each with 2 two light casements. All openings with segmental heads.
