Description
Minor amendment on 7 January 2016 to amend the name to 41 Church Street. Grid reference changed to TF2418025792. PINCHBECK CHURCH STREET (east side) No.41-45 (odd) TF 22 NW 7/74 G.V. Grade II Pair of cottages. Early C18 with C19 alterations. Roughcast rendered brick, slate roof, raised rendered gables. Single storey plus attics, 3 bay front, with off-centre C19 6 panel door, flanked by single boarded openings. All with segmental heads. In the roof 2 steeply gabled dormers with bargeboards. Listing NGR: TF2418225800
