Description
LUTTON LOWGATE TF 42 NW (north side) 2/69 Lutton House G.V. II House. Early C19. Colourwashed rendered brick. Hipped slate roof projecting over the moulded and dentillated wooden eaves. 2 C20 lateral stacks, single stack to rear. Plinth. 2 storey, 3 bay south front. 3 glazing bar sashes on each floor, ground floor with moulded architraves, first floor with ornamental sculled heads. 3 bay west front with outer bays projecting slightly. Central doorway with panelled door, overlight and panelled reveal. Porch with free-standing rectangular recessed panelled columns, ornate entablature. to the left is a single glazing bar sash. 2 glazing bar sashes above, that to the left with small hood. Right single bay blind. Listing NGR: TF4335025575
