Description
LUTTON MONMOUTH LANE TF 42 SW (south side) 4/73 Monmouth House II House. Late C18. Red brick. Slate roof projecting over the moulded eaves. 2 gable stacks with single stack to the rear. Brick coped gables. First floor band. 2 storeys plus attic, 3 bays. Central round arched doorway with panelled door, fanlight, plain doorcase and bracketed open pediment. Either side are single glazing bar sashes, 3 similar sashes above all with flush wedge lintels. Attic with 3 dormers each with single 2 light casement. Listing NGR: TF4429824464
