Description
MOULTON HIGH STREET TF 32 SW (west side) 9/106 Harrox House (formerly listed as 7.2.67 Grammar School) G.V. II House. Late C18. Colourwashed and rendered brick, some painted ashlar. Slate roof with ashlar coped gables, dentillated wooden eaves cornice and gable stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bay front with painted ashlar quoins and central doorway with open doric porch with fluted columns and entablature; partially glazed door. Doorway flanked by single glazing bar sashes with painted wedge lintels with raised keystones. 2 similar windows above flank single semi-circular headed glazing bar sash with decorative glazing bars in the head, semi-circular lintel and raised keystone. Set back to the right is a lower single bay with no openings. Listing NGR: TF3063224092
