Late C18 house in local brick. 3 windows, centre top blocked, rest hung sashes with glazing bars. Plain wood eaves cornice. Small plinth. Good doorcase with panelled reveals, reeded attached half-columns and open dentil pediment. Traceried fanlight and door of 6 panels. ALBION STREET (East Side) No 44 (Formerly listed under Double Street) shall be amended to read Double Street (East Side) No 44 The group value note appearing against entries for Langtoft House, Albion House, White House Chambers, Nos 69, 71 and Willesby, Albion Street. Should be amended to read Langtoft House, Albion House, White House Chambers, Nos 69, 71 and Willesby form a group.
