SLEAFORD TF 0745 MAREHAM LANE 697/2/10027 New Quarrington 24-JUL-01 (East,off) No. 4 Mess Room at Bass Maltings GV II Mess room. c. 1900. Designed by A. Couchman. Red brick with hipped plain tile roof. Central brick chimney stack flanked by lead ventilators. Deep blue chamfered plinth. Single storey. Main front has four glazing bar sashes all now boarded. Single doorways and single sashes, now boarded, to each return. This building forms an integral part of this nationally important maltings complex. Listing NGR: TF0747645180
