Description
Minor amendment 17 January 2017. Last sentence of description amended to 'Nos 1 to 13 (odd) and No 15, form a group' from 'Nos 1 to 15 (odd) and Premises adjoining Sleaford Maternity Home to the West form a group'. 1, EASTGATE 5312 (North Side) No 11 TF0645 1/92 II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys in brick with pantile roof with centre stack and 1 at gable end. Diagonal brick eaves cornice. 4 windows, 1 blocked, moulded frames, no glazing bars. Brick band between storeys. 2 windows on ground floor with segmental heads, no glazing bars. Stone plinth. Wood doorcase with cornice. Modern door. Carriage entry to yard to right. Nos 1 to 13 (odd) and No 15, form a group. Listing NGR: TF0695045913
