Description
HECKINGTON STATION ROAD TF 1443-1543 (east side) 11/68 Pea Rooms G.V. II Former pea sorting warehouse, now craft centre. 1890. Red brick in English garden wall bond of 3, half hipped slate roofs. Rectangular plan. 4 storey, 4 bay front having central double planked doors with plain overlight covered by C20 flat wooden roof. Flanked by pairs of windows. To the first and second floors are 5 similar windows. All windows are margin light sashes with segmental brick heads. To the third floor are 3 semi-circular headed fixed lights. To the sides are 5 margin light sashes and above are 4 low 2 light top hung casements beneath segmental brick arches. Listing NGR: TF1460143639
