Description
GOSBERTON HIGH STREET TF 23 SW (east side) 4/54 No.99 G.V. II House. Mid C17, refronted 1718, altered C19 and C20. Rough cast with painted ashlar rusticated quoins. Pantile roof, single rendered axial ridge stack. Lobby entry plan. 2 storey, 5 bay front with plinth, first floor and eaves band. Central C20 door with plain overlight, flanked by pairs of glazing bar sashes. To first floor are 5 similar windows. All openings have segmental heads. Above the door a datestone is inscribed "PM MDCCXVIII". Interior has shield stopped beam in front room. Some early C18 2 panelled doors. Listing NGR: TF2379431864
