Description
The following Building shall be added:- CROWLAND EAST STREET TF 21 SW 18/146 NO. 27 II Cottage. Late C17 or possibly earlier with C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed rubble and brick, partly rendered with ashlar and brick dressings. Thatched roof. 2 brick gable stacks and raised coped brick gables and kneelers. Quoins. Single storey plus attic. Street front, has rendered plinth, with off centre C20 glazed door, with to left a 2 light casement, and to the right an inserted bow window with tiled hood. The first floor is of stone with a chamfered plinth at first floor level, above brick, with a single 2 light gabled dormer with casements to right. Rendered east gable has a single plain sash at first floor level. Rear, south front has a single storey glazed lean-to across most of the front, with a original 6 panel door within. Interior: The interior has 2, 2 panel doors and 2 cupboards also with 2 panel doors and side panels and over panel. Contemporary staircase and complete contemporary roof structure.
