Description
SCOPWICK VICARAGE LANE TF 05 NE (south side) 5/52 Archway 20 metres south of The Vicarage II Archway. C11 and 1848. Limestone ashlar. Two ashlar piers with staff moulded corners, and inner shafts with moulded bases and plain capitals, the left shaft is now missing. The archway above has also now collapsed. This archway was built as part of Kirkby Green Church, and was moved to its present site in 1848 when the church at Kirkby Green was rebuilt. Listing NGR: TF0683658125
