Description
TF 11 SW BASTON CHURCH STREET (south side) 6/20 Nos. 22 and 24 G.V. II Pair of cottages. Early C18 altered C19. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Collyweston slate roof, having single stone coped gable, 2 gable brick stacks and single ridge stack. Single storey plus attics, 6 bay front having 2 panelled doors flanked by single 3 light windows, one of which is a rectangular bay window, all with timber lintels. In the roof are 2 gabled and 2 hipped dormers, 3 two light and a single 3 light casements with slate hung cheeks. Listing NGR: TF1140513941
