Description
BASSINGHAM HIGH STREET SK 96 SW (west side) 2/4 Green's Stores GV II House now shop. Early C18 and mid C19. Brick. Pantile roof with single gable and ridge stacks. Single ashlar coped gable with kneelers. First and second floor bands and dentilated eaves. 2 bay, 2 storey with C19 single storey slate hipped roofed shop extension to south. Ground floor has single glazing bar sash to right under wooden lintel. To left a mid-C19 shop front, built across original house and extension, of 3 bays with pilaster and entablature surround, with 2 large windows and off-centre half-glazed double doors. Above a single glazing bar sash under a wooden lintel and to the right a C20 casement window. Listing NGR: SK9114560018
