Description
LINCOLN SK9771SE HIGH STREET 1941-1/12/169 (East side) 01/08/79 No.313 GV II House, now a shop and restaurant. Mid C19, with late C20 alterations. Stucco front with stone dressings and plain tile roof with a side wall stack. Quoins, first floor band, moulded eaves cornice, balustrade with pedestals. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Stone clad shopfront, C20, with full width fascia. Above, 3 plain sashes with moulded architraves and cornices. Above again, 3 plain sashes. INTERIOR not inspected. Listing NGR: SK9752371076
