Description
TF 48 SW AUTHORPE MAIN STREET 4/2 Authorpe Hall Farm House II Farmhouse. C16, with C18 addition and extensive C19 alterations. Red brick with some diaper work in dark burnt headers, pantile roof with single ridge and external gable stacks. 2 storey irregular 5 bay front having interrupted first floor band. Off centre half glazed door with overlight, to left a plain sash, and to right 2 tripartite windows. To first floor are 4 plain sashes and a single tripartite window. All windows have cambered brick heads. To first floor are decorative double brick lozenges and traces of original fenestration survive. The right hand bay is a C18 addition in Flemish bond.
