Description
SPILSBY HALTON ROAD TF 4066-4166 (east side) 7/55 No.3 G.V. II House. Late C17, altered C19 and C20. Red brick, rendered, concrete tiled roof, raised partly tumbled brick coped gables, single axial brick stack, rebuilt C20. Lobby entry plan. 2 storey, 3 bay front with plinth, end pilasters and central advanced bay. Central 4 panel door with overlight, with to left a canted bay window and to right a plain sash with cambered head. To first floor 3 similar windows with flat heads. Interior has angled fireplaces with C19 fittings and C19 stick baluster stair. The chimney stacks meet at attic level to form the axial stack. Listing NGR: TF4032366074
