Description
TF 2669 HORNCASTLE QUEEN STREET (west side) 7/80 No.24 II House. c.1825, c.1840. Chequered red and brown brick, painted stucco dressings. Pantile roof with wooden eaves and single gable stack. 2 storey, 3 bay front with doorway to the right with voussoired wedge lintel, raised keystone, overlight and panelled door. Glazing bar sash to left with voussoired wedge lintel and raised keystone. Break in bonding beyond and a carriage archway with segmental head and double plank doors. Single glazing bar sash above to left, with segmental head. Glazing bar sash to right with voussoired wedge lintel and raised keystone. Included for group value only.
