Description
WAINFLEET ST. MARY BOSTON ROAD TF 45 NE (north side) 6/93 Toft House Farmhouse (formerly listed 3.2.67 as Tofts House) II Farmhouse. c.1700, c.1830, C20. Red brick. Pantile roof with brick coped and tumbled gables, gable and single axial ridge stacks. Lobby entrance. 2 storeys with garret, 4 bay front with first floor and eaves bands. Projecting gabled 2 storey porch with doorway with flanking single lights, segmental head and plank door. Single window to left, 2 windows to right, all C20 3 light casements with segmental heads. Single C20 2 light casement above doorway, with single 3 light C20 casement to the left, and 2 similar windows to right; all the windows with segmental heads. Listing NGR: TF4927057213
