Description
FRISKNEY CHURCH LANE TF 45 NE (north side) 6/40 The Vicarage 2.11.82 G.V. II Vicarage. 1797. Red brick with some yellow brick dressings. Slate hipped roof with overhanging eaves, 2 lateral brick stacks, and 2 stacks to rear. 2 storey, 6 bay front with first floor sill band. 2 steps lead up to doorway to right with clustered and reeded column shafts with capitals; raised quatrefoil frieze, cornice, traceried overlight, panelled reveal and 3 fielded panelled door, the central fielding circular. 2 glazing bar sashes to the right of the doorway, and 3 to the left. 6 smaller windows above all with glazing bar sashes, except for the right hand window which is pivitol with glazing bars. All the windows with cambered heads and yellow brick flush wedge lintels and stone sills. Inside, 2 round headed arches in hall at foot of plain staircase with straight balusters; 6 panel doors.
