Description
CROFT CROFT LANE TF 56 SW (east side) 5/28 Old Chequer's Inn II Inn. Early to mid C18, late C19, C20. Red brick. Pantile roof with large brick ridge stack and tall external lateral stack on main front. Single storey and garret, 5 bay front with plinth and eaves band on return walls. T-plan. Lobby entrance. Central doorway with C19 bracketed and gabled hood with decorative barge boards and panelled door. 2 glazing bar casements to left, both with segmental heads. Blocked rectangular window opening to right with a single glazing bar casement beyond. All the windows with C20 shutters. Listing NGR: TF5034461170
