Description
TF 35 SE SIBSEY CHURCH STREET (east side) 8/39 Church House 3.2.67 G.V. II House. Mid C18, remodelled early C19. Stucco and colourwashed red brick. Hipped slate roof. 2 lateral and single ridge red brick stacks. Moulded wooden eaves band. First floor band. 2 storeys, 4 bays, the single right bay being C19 and slightly set back and the single bay second from the left being C19 2 storey bowed. Doorway with panelled door, the panels with fluted surrounds and patera, glazing bar marginal and overlights. To the right are 2 tripartite glazing bar sashes and to the left a single similar sash. Above are 4 glazing bar sashes. The doorway and windows of the left 3 bays with moulded architraves. Interior. C19 open well staircase with stick balusters. C19 archway to hall, this and other doorways with fluted surrounds and patera. Listing NGR: TF3545050683
