Description
LANGTON BY SPILSBY SMITHY LANE TF 37 SE Langton (west side) 3/43 The Old Inn II Inn now cottage. Early C19. Whitewashed red brick. Hipped pantile roof with overhanging eaves. Single ridge red brick stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Doorway with panelled door, to the right are 2 glazing bar sashes, all ground floor openings under segmental arches. Above are 2 similar sashes'with single Yorkshire sash to the left, all under flat arches. Attached to the left is a whitewashed brick and pantile single storey plus garret, single bay wing with external left red brick gable stack and single segmental arched glazing bar sash. 2 circular tie plates.
