Description
SPILSBY MARKET STREET TF 4066-4166 (south side) 7/69 No.10 (Nelson Butt) G.V. II Public House. c.1700, altered C19. Render and painted brick. Pantile roof, brick coped gables. Single gable and external gable stack to right. 2 storey, 3 bay front, rendered plinth and front. Off-centre 6 panel door in plain surround with narrow hood flanked by single glazing bar sashes, with cambered heads and vermiculated keystones. To first floor 3 glazing bar sashes to eaves. Listing NGR: TF4025166095
