Description
SPILSBY CORNHILL TF 4066-4166 (north side) 7/53 The White Hart Hotel 3.2.67 G.V. II Hotel. Cl7, altered C18 and C19. Lined stucco, concrete pantile roof, stone coped gable; 2 ridge stacks, one panelled. Smaller parallel range to rear. 2 storey, 9 bay front having rendered plinth and first floor band. To left a 6 panel door with bordered overlight, pilastered doorcase with roundels, narrow leaded hood. To left a tripartite glazing bar sash. To right a canted single storey addition has a semi-circular headed glazing bar central sash with smaller glazing bar sashes on the angles. It is flanked by single glazing bar sashes. Beyond to the right a 6 panel door, with plain overlight, has small Tuscan portico with dentillated segmental headed pediment. Beyond again, 2 glazing bar sashes and a C19 carriageway. To first floor are 8 glazing bar sashes. Larch pole clasped purlin roof. Listing NGR: TF4013066154
