Description
TF 46 NW SCREMBY COOKS LANE (west side) 4/44 Old Rectory G.V. II Former rectory, now house. Mid C18, altered C19, C20. Red brick in Flemish bond, concrete tiled roof, 4 gable stacks. Parallel ranges. 2 storey plus garret, 3 bay front with plinth and first floor band. The eaves have been raised and roof pitch lowered, the brick kneelers remain. Central half glazed door covered by C20 brick porch, flanked by single glazing bar sashes with flat painted brick arches. To first floor 3 similar windows. Listing NGR: TF4430367758
