BOLINGBROKE THE ROW TF 36 SE 5/33 Nos.1-4 (incl.) 3.2.67 II Terrace of 4 cottages. C16, extended late C18, altered C18, C19. Colourwashed ashlar and brickwork, pantile roof, stone coped gables, the northern one is brick tumbled. 2 gable and 2 ridge stacks. The northern cottage is a later brick addition. 2 storey, 11 bay front with brick dentillated eaves. course. Left hand 2 bays have chamfered stone string course and short plinth. 3 planked and single 4 panel doors, seven glazing bar sashes. The left hand pair has moulded stone surrounds, the others segmental brick heads. To first floor are 4 glazing bar sashes to eaves and to the left a pair of C20 3 light casements. To rear of left hand cottage a single 3 light moulded stone mullioned first floor window. All other fenestration is altered. Listing NGR: TF3524464851
