Description
ROUGHTON MAIN STREET TF 26 SW (east side) 10/36 Old Rectory G.V. II Former rectory, now house. c.1700 with C19 alterations. Painted brick with slate roof having brick coped tumbled gables with one gable and one ridge brick stacks. 2 storey front with plinth and first floor band, 8 bays, the left hand 3 are probably an addition. Off centre door covered by C19 gabled porch with to right 2 two light casements and to left 2 two light casements with flat heads, a blocked opening and 2 further 2 light casements. To first floor are 5 similar windows and 3 blank flat headed openings at the left hand end. All openings unless otherwise described have segmental brick heads. Listing NGR: TF2417964671
