Description
MINTING GRUNDYS LANE TF 17 SE 3/30 Priory Cottage II Cottage. Late C17 with minor C20 alterations. Red brick in English garden wall bond, old plain tile roof with brick coped tumbled gables with single ridge stack and gable stack. Baffle entry. 3 unit plan. 2 storey 4 bay front with dog tooth eaves course. Off centre planked door, flanked by 3 light sliding sash with beyond a similar window. All ground floor openings have segmental heads. To first floor 3 sliding sashes to eaves. Interior retains beamed ceilings with cyma moulded beam in parlour. Listing NGR: TF1836373331
