Description
TF 03 NW BRACEBY AND SAPPERTON MAIN STREET (north side) 3/6 Braceby College Farm House G.V. II Farm House; 1677 with alterations and additions in C18 and C19. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins, hipped pantile roof with central moulded stone ridge stack, one raised stone coped gable to rear. Originally gable end onto street, the house was extended to L-plan in C18 and main front now faces street. 2 storey 5 bay front with central C20 door and overlight having hipped pantile hood on timber brackets over; flanked by 2 C19 2 light glazing bar casements with timber lintels.
