Description
TF 03 NW BRACEBY AND SAPPERTON MAIN STREET Braceby 3/3 Pigeoncote at Manor Farm G.V. II Pigeoncote; 1707, with C19 alterations and addition. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings; pantile roof. The original single bay 1½ storey block has a C19 2 bay single storey addition to the left. The main block has a single off centre C19 stable door with timber lintel to both front and rear. The rear and gable elevation have a crude string course. In the gable is an inscribed date stone. "L.T. 1707" The C19 addition has a single plain wooden door and a single 2 light window, both with timber lintels. The interior has pigeon boxes to 2 walls. Listing NGR: TF0159835443
