Description
BOSTON TF3344NW SPILSBY ROAD 716-1/5/182 (North West side) 30/05/90 Nos.68 AND 70 GV II Pair of houses. Early C19 with late C19 and C20 alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond, painted stone dressings, hipped concrete tiled roof, with central ridge stack. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3-bay front with 1st floor sill band and overhanging eaves with paired brackets. Central blank semicircular-headed openings flanked by single large canted bay windows with plain sashes, pilasters and flat lead roofs. To 1st floor a central blank opening flanked by single plain sashes. To 1st floor 3 similar slightly smaller openings. All openings have cambered rubbed brick arches with keystones. Entrances to side. INTERIOR: not inspected. Listing NGR: TF3339044829
