Description
BOSTON TF3344SW PEN STREET 716-1/8/132 (West side) 14/02/75 Nos.23 AND 25 II Pair of houses built to resemble single house. Early C19. Red brick, hipped concrete tile roof with overhanging eaves. Single square ridge stack. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3-bay front with stucco sill bands. To ground and first floors 3 tall glazing bar sashes and to 2nd floor 3 similar smaller windows. All sashes have flat rubbed brick wedge arches. Set back to each side, a single storey entrance with modillion cornice and a 6-panel door with plain overlight and reeded door surround. C19 lamp on bracket to each corner. INTERIOR: not inspected. Listing NGR: TF3306144278
