LINCOLN SK9771SW NEWLAND 1941-1/11/287 (North side) 08/07/91 House front incorporated in Lincolnshire County Council offices (Formerly Listed as: NEWLAND (North side) C18 house front incorporated in Lincolnshire CC Offices (Newland House)) II House front, incorporated in the County Council offices. Late C18, restored 1926. Ashlar with slate roof and 3 side wall stacks. Plinth, sill band, eaves cornice, plain parapet. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Windows are plain sashes. Projecting centre with pediment containing a scroll. Central Doric porch with pediment and C20 glazed door. Above, a sash with projecting surround and cornice.
